Corporate and Private Sponsors are the lifeline for Project Graduation. Area business generosity is necessary in making this fun-filled night a success. Sponsorships levels range from $50 to $5000.
Grants are submitted to area philanthropic entities that share the same goal of keeping our students safe.
SCHOOL BOOSTER SPONSORSHIPS
Booster Clubs, PTO and other LTHS activity clubs participate in donating to support the seniors in their organizations.
This is Project Graduation's biggest fundraiser. Responsibilities include the selection and negotiation with area DIning Establishments willing to partner with Project Graduation in providing exquisite food choices for three and four course fine dining. Additional duties include the printing, tracking and distribution of Dining Certificates to parent volunteers to sell. Proceeds are traditionally split evenly between PG and the participating dining establishment.
SENIOR PARENTS DINNER
A Lake Travis Parents or Guardians of Seniors Celebration! A night of Glamour, Glitz and Giggles with dinner, silent and live auctions, fun games and prizes! Responsibilities includes selection of site, menu, invitations, collection of auction items, decorations and evening entertainment and logistics.
Design and print Senior T-shirts to sell to students. Funds from the T-shirt sales go to PG.
POWDER PUFF FOOTBALL
The Powder Puff Football game is an annual tradition of flag football between girls from the junior and senior class at LTHS, typically coached by boys with others dressed as the cheerleaders! Funds from the T-shirt, ticket and concession sales go to PG.
One can purchase custom or standard design Senior Yard Signs. There are areas where one can add up to three electives and the college your senior will be attending. A great way to promote that you are proud of your senior and their accomplishments!

VOLUNTEER SIGN UP
This event has taken on varying aspects over the years. The goal is to provide your seniors with a setting in which to gather where they will receive a breakfast of many scrumptious options, enjoy entertainment and mingle kicking off the beginning of many upcoming senior graduation events.
PROJECT GRADUATION PARTY
Responsibilities include the coordination of the events at The Project Graduation Party, including food, volunteers, gaming tables, money booths, tournament playoffs, door security and volunteer hospitality. They work in concert with the Transportation and Prize Distribution teams to ensure seamless logistics.
Every graduate who attends The Project Graduation Party will receive a gift bag with coupons from area businesses, cash, and other gifts when they arrive at the school to leave for the Party. Prize Drawings occur during the hours at The Project Graduation Party. Prizes are distributed at the school after the graduates receive the Gift Bag. It is a goal that every student receive either a prize or an additional gift card in addition to their Gift Bag.
Transportation coordinates the buses and coaches taking the graduates from the graduation ceremony to The Project Graduation Party and then back to the school early the next morning. Transportation is responsible for scheduling hotel rooms for the coaches, acquiring bus list from PG Registration and acquiring parent volunteers to chaperone on the bus ride. To maintain orderly logistics, chaperones are tasked with several roles.
